How do I view the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order by logging into your online
account to view your order history and to check the status of your current
order/s. Should you have any further questions, please contact us on orders@organicisland.com or via the chat function on the page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards Visa, Mastercard and AMEX alongside Apple
Pay, G-Pay, Union Pay and Shop Pay.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payments in AUD, USD, EURO, GBP and SGD.

You will be charged in your selected local
currency.

All currencies are dynamically converted from
AUD using the current exchange rate set by our payment gateway.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to system constraints, we are unable to make changes
to your online order once it has been placed & payment completed. This
includes updating your address, cancelling the order and changing the ordered
items.

In the event that the incorrect delivery
address has been provided, please contact our Customer Care team promptly and
they will attempt to redirect with the courier. Please note, redirections are
not guaranteed therefore please take care when placing your orders.

Does Organic Island have products available for subscription ordering?

Yes, all of our products are available for subscription ordering from
each product details page at your chosen interval of either:

1 month

2 months

3 months

4 months

5 months

6 months

How can I edit or cancel my subscription orders?

If you have already created a subscription order, please login to your online account to view your subscription orders or contact us at hello@organicisland.com

What do I do if I have received my order and there is an issue?

If you receive your order and you have a question that relates to the product, freight, damage or other query please email us at hello@organicisland.com or use the live chat widget with your order number & details of the issue so the Customer Care team can review & advise further action.

Returns Policy

What is the Organic Island Returns Policy?

You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Organic Island if the item is:

(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent
to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or

(b) Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or

(c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Organic Island with proof of purchase via your Tax Invoice Email that you received as your order confirmation.

 If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, however please contact our Customer Care team if you require assistance.

How do I return items I’ve purchased online?

When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Organic Island will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs upon receipt of the original tax invoice from the original order email. This is subject to inspection by Organic Island prior to sending goods back to us. Should you need further assistance regarding this process, please contact Organic Island Customer Care.

What is your Returns Policy for orders that have earned Loyalty points?

Full Refund

If you have placed an order using your loyalty points discount voucher and the order is fully refunded (100% Refunded), the points used for this discount will be automatically returned to your online Loyalty account.


Partial Refunds

If you earned points on a purchase and apply those points towards a purchaseand
then that purchase is partially refundedwe are unable to return the points used to redeem the reward coupon but will only return points for the amount returned.
